Because as you can see, we are really into our flags at Lucky Generals!
But the freak bit also really resonates with us.
Because right from day one, we didn’t want to be like other agencies or work with all brands under the sun.
We came onto the scene as an industry challenger, determined to forge our own way of working that is much more suited today’s world.
And 10 years later, although we’ve grown to 100 people opened up in New York too, what hasn’t changed is our desire to be
“A creative company for people on a mission”.
It is a simple but very deliberate statement of intent, made up of three distinct elements:

This may sound obvious, but in our technology-driven world it is all too easy to forget that people are still people,
with human needs and desires. Everything has changed, but nothing has changed. Insight is still key.
ON A MISSION...
We are all about behavioural change.
We want people to do things, not just feel things, as a result of our work.
We get out of bed to make a difference.
And we want to work with clients who are hungry to do the same (like you!).
