We're a 5 year-old London agency (although the partners have
been in the business for more years than they care to remember).
We combine the entrepreneurship, flexible structure and agility of a new world
agency – with an understanding of what makes people tick and plenty of
grown-up, commercial rigour.
London's Evening Standard called us "the coolest agency in town, for almost all of its existence." Likewise, Ad News said we were "One of Europe's hottest agencies” and
The Drum said we were “The ballsiest agency in town”. We’ve also been shortlisted for Campaign’s Agency of the Year for the third year running.
It was great to talk to you today, and hear a little more about
your plans and ambitions for the new Naturals platform.
Our elevator pitch is that we are “a creative company for people on a mission”. This is a simple but very deliberate statement of intent, made up of three distinct elements:
WE ARE A CREATIVE COMPANY... While we excel at advertising, we have set this company up to deliver a broader definition of creativity. If you get closer to the problem, the solution will reveal itself.
FOR PEOPLE... This may sound obvious, but in our technology-driven world it is all too easy to forget that people are still people, with human needs and desires. Everything has changed, but nothing has changed. Insight is still key.
ON A MISSION... We are all about behavioural change. We want people to do things, not just feel things, as a result of our work. We get out of bed to make a difference.
We’re really proud of our client roster, which ranges from a global retail giant such
as Amazon, to heart of Britain brands such as Premier Inn and Yorkshire Tea.

LAUNCHING A NEW PRODUCT
The Amazon Fire TV Stick is an amazing little device that you simply plug into your set, to start
streaming in minutes, and it gives you access to tens of thousands of TV shows and films.
Basically, it's almost perfect, so all we had to do was find the right person to launch it…

LAUNCHING IN A NEW MARKET
Skincare brands talk a lot about vitality, but don’t show much sign of it in their advertising. We set out to change
this for REN, a premium brand that uses 100% natural ingredients and aims to deliver maximum pleasure.
To help the brand expand into Scandinavia, we teamed up with renowned
portrait photographer Rankin, to capture women in a much more playful mode.
The idea was “To be happy in your own skin” and hopefully
when you see the campaign, you’ll smile too!




LAUNCHING A NEW CAUSE
Sexual harassment is a real and prevalent issue in the UK advertising industry, and it's timeTo put an end to it.
We developed this campaign on behalf of timeTo; an industry task force set up to report on and combat sexual harassment.
The work aims to challenge the industry to ask at what point 'banter' crosses into sexual harassment:
'Where do you draw the line?'




LAUNCHING A NEW SUB-BRAND
To support the launch of Pot Noodle's Italian inspired product range ‘Pot Pasta’, we created a campaign continuing Pot Noodle’s ‘You Can Make It’ message and encouraging young people to spend less time cooking and more time chasing their dreams.
Central to the campaign is an online film where we've re-created the world of Italian Opera but in an everyday kitchen. Two aspiring singers save enough time to focus on their musical dream - all with a little help from Pot Pasta and the equally splendido Paul Potts.

LAUNCHING A NEW FLAVOUR
At Yorkshire Tea, they like to do everything 'proper'. So when they were launching the new biscuity-flavoured Biscuit Brew, we knew we had to do something special, so we staged an epic domino rally, using 5000 biscuits, right through their factory and offices.

AND FINALLY
Our name comes from a Napoleon quote. When asked what he needed to win a war, the great commander famously said “Bring me your Lucky Generals”. In other words, he wanted people with a track record who would roll their sleeves up, go into battle and win.
We love that mentality but, like Napoleon, we know that in reality, there is no such thing as luck. So we will do whatever it takes to get results for you. We will work our socks off for you, in the belief that the harder we work, the luckier we will all get.
